Getting Started

To use aspNetEmail you will need to download and run the aspNetEmail.msi file available from www.aspNetEmail.com.

If you are an advanced developer, and already know how to use managed assemblies in the .NET framework, feel free to write support@aspNetEmail.com and request the aspNetEmail.dll

Running the MSI file

Download and run the aspNetEmail.msi file. This installation wizard unpacks the aspNetEmail.dll (the only managed assembly in aspNetEmail ) to the default directory of C:\Program Files\AdvancedIntellect\aspNetEmail.

Installing

The wizard also unpacks this aspNetEmail.chm help file, installs the aspNetEmail in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) and installs some menu shortcuts under
Start | Programs | Advanced Intellect.

Uninstalling

If you are testing aspNetEmail, and have installed the evaluation version, and will be purchasing the production version, you will need to uninstall this version from Start | Control Panel | Add Remove Programs. This will prevent namespace collision, and someone accidentally referencing the expired, evaluation version.
