The following form will allow you to create a strongly typed collection class that implements System.Collections.ICollection, System.Collections.IList, System.Collections.IEnumerable

Namespace   The namespace used for this collection.
Class   The Class name for this strongly typed collection.
Internal Variable   The variable name for every instance of Class.
